These techniques of energy and chakra clearing are informed by plant energetic medicine, flower essences, and earth-based spiritual practice, reverently tuning into our deep, interrelated connection with the natural world.

During the session, we will discuss any patterns you feel are stuck in your energetic body, helping you uncover your own intuitive understanding of what your healing path might look like. Every one of us has a sense of how our story can grow, and my work as practitioner is not to change your experience, but to help you recognize and trust what you already know within yourself.

Clients have most often chosen this work in periods of transition, in support of a deepening connection to Spirit, or at those times when they feel lost or grieving in their own soul journey, or out of place in this world.
